HCI Cancer Screening Bus Sign-Up - Granger High

Breast cancer screening is recommended every year for women 40+. Mammography is a series of x-rays of the breast tissue that helps doctors find breast cancer you may not even be aware of.  

Insurance pays for yearly mammograms for women 40+.  If you do not have insurance, you may qualify for a mammogram vouchers.  You can call 1-800-717-1811 to see if you qualify.

Screening mammograms are not for women with current breast symptoms such as a discharge, lump, or pain.  Our teams can help you get the care you need at one of our diagnostic centers.

Please complete the form to sign up for a breast mammography screening on February 7th at Granger High School.  Times available from 3:20 p.m. until 6:40 p.m.  Appointments will be given on a first come first serve basis.  We cannot guarantee that the bus will be able to see you everyone because of the limited number of appointments available but someone will contact you to let you know and what additional options are available for you.
