ReKinection Festival Vendor & Wellness Services Application

We are excited to co-create with you! Wellness practitioners and vendors bring an enriching element to our events that make them special and memorable. We take great care in curating our vendor areas and healing village to present only the best to our festival patrons. There are limited spots available, which are sold on a first come, first serve basis as applications are approved.

If you would like to be a part of ReKinection presents ReJuvenation Restival 2024, please read through this application thoroughly and fill out the form below.

Important Info - Please Read Thoroughly

We are committed to ensuring that the ratio of vendors to attendees is balanced and that there is a wide selection of products and services available in order to create a profitable environment for everyone. A limited number of vendor booths will be sold for each type of merchandise or wellness service. Food vendors will be limited to 4-6. 

Vendors are not permitted to sell drinks other than water unless specifically approved. A very limited number of vendors will be pre-approved to sell specialty drinks such as kombucha, coffee, smoothies, etc. You MUST include this on your application.

Vending Fees

Vending fees cover the entire weekend and include your booth fee with one standard electric plug, tent camping behind your booth, and two vendor passes. 

If your application is approved, we will send you a link to pay for your spot. It must be paid within 10 days of receipt, or we may sell your spot to the next person in line. We do have payment plans available that you might be able to quality for! Fees differ between those vendors selling food and those selling merchandise or wellness services.

General registration will begin and will run through February 9th, 2024.  Late registration begins on February 10th, 2024 and fees will go up. Applications close on April 10th, 2024. A ReKinection Community Discount is available to vendors who previously vended at ReKinection and is only open to the first 3 approved merchandise/wellness applicants and the first 1 approved food applicants.  

All Registrations come with Two (2) Vendor Passes that include Early Arrival. Additional Vendor Passes may be purchased separately (limit 4 additional for merchandise, 2 additional for wellness services and 6 additional for food vendors).

Roaming Vendors:

~ Includes 1 Vendor Ticket for Thurs - Sun. No additional tickets available. Each person who is vending needs to purchase a roaming vendor ticket.

- Vendor Priced Tickets will not be available after 5/23/23

Discounts Available
If you'd like to coCreate with us by offering a workshop, live art, art installations or performing, you could get a discount! You will be able to let us know what you're interested in offering on this form.
Oversized Vehicles
If you plan to bring an oversized vehicle, you must notify us and purchase an RV/Bus/Trailer pass. You will need to park in the RV/Bus/Trailer parking, in Family Camping, approx 5-10 minutes walk from the vendor area. If you would like to park your oversized vehicle closer to the vendor area, you will need to purchase a Cosmic Upgrade, which includes electricity, and is located right by the main stage.

If you are seeking exclusivity with your product for our festival, you may opt to sponsor our festival. Please note on your application the specific product and category you are looking for exclusivity on, and we will follow up with you.
