Please fill in this form to let us know about you and your requirements for our end of Spring Fair.  It will be held at Once Upon a Time Daycare off Ecclesall Road (863 Ecclesall Road, S11 8TJ) on the second Saturday of the half term holiday.  There will be a mix of inside and outside stalls.  

You will be provided with a table and two chairs.  There won't be an electricity supply.  You can bring a gazebo or similar. Let us know below.

The soft-play will be open to the general public for Under 5s at £2 entrance and refreshments will be on sale.  We're also hoping to have a fire engine on site.  

The latter means that there *won't be any car-parking space at the venue and cars will need to be off site by 10.30*.  

If the weather looks to be really bad we will postpone.

The cost is a minimum £20 donation to the Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity which will be collected on the day at 2pm.
