2024 Dramarama Registration Form

Join us at the Embro Town Hall for 2 weeks of theatre making!

For young people ages 7 - 14 (born 2017-2010)

A 2 week session at Dramarama is all about creativity and self-expression! Workshops in drama, dance, arts, crafts, music and theatre production take place throughout the 2 weeks while also collectively creating the final performance they are all so eager to share with a full audience on the final day of camp.

Two identical** performances on the final day of camp at 11am and 1pm.  Entry by donation is greatly appreciated.  We encourage family, friends and community members to come out for this fabulous final performance and showcase of the kids talents.  Accessible lift will be made available for patrons needing assistance.

Dramarama Camper Expectations

Be Kind and Show Respect; Use manners, include others, etc. Bullying, name calling, destroying camp materials and inappropriate language is not okay and will not be tolerated. If someone isn’t being kind to you, make sure you tell a camp leader.

Listen; Follow what your camp counsellors and leaders are asking you to do, and listen to your group members when you are working together. Disruptive and distracting behaviour throughout the day will not be tolerated.

Participate; Do the activities that your camp leader has planned.

If you have a cell phone, it MUST stay in your bag or basket at all times, and it must be on silent or turned off. Campers are NOT permitted to use technology during camp except on dress rehearsal and show days.

Stay with your workshop group and playmaking group at all times, unless of course you have to go to the washroom or get a drink. Inform your leader.

The leader doing dismissal has to know that you are leaving. Tell them when you see the person picking you up, or if you have permission to leave on your own, that you are going.

Dress For Camp; You will be sitting on the floor, playing outside, and using all kinds of crafting materials including paint and glue. Dress for comfort, moving around, and potentially getting messy.

Any camper who is not following the expectations outlined above will receive one warning from the Artistic Director. After that, if the behaviour continues, their grown up will be contacted.
