It is further understood that Pickleball Moncton and the organizers did not subscribe to any medical insurance coverage for bodily injuries and accidents occurring to participants.Finally, it is understood that, if, after my playing time, a positive test indicate that I have been infected with the Covid-19 pandemic, I will not hold responsible for the infection Pickleball Moncton or any of its representatives or whoever was involved in the activities as an organizer or a participant.
