MWCGC Graduation/Age Out Certificate Form

Unit Directors need to complete the Age Out Certificate Form by Sunday, February 26th.

This form should be used if you are one of the following members of MWCGC that participated in the 2023 season:

1) A graduating HS Senior from a Scholastic guard
2) Any who are aging out of Independent RA/IA at age 24 or an IO unit at age 25
3) 8th graders in Independent Cadets or Scholastic Cadets units

PLEASE NOTE: Certificates will be provided to the director. It will be the responsibility of the director to present the certificates/patches to their team members.

DEADLINE: The deadline above is firm.
