Purpose: The Black Legal Action Centre (BLAC) has developed a survey to better understand the impact of COVID-19-related emergency measures on Black communities in Ontario. The questions below are designed to capture the experiences of Black Ontarians from March 17, 2020 onwards. This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Privacy: The survey is anonymous. All of the information you provide to BLAC will be kept confidential. BLAC may use the particulars of the information you provide, without reporting your name, in any manner it deems necessary and appropriate, including the development of statistics and reports of a public nature.
