FINAL Emergency PK-12th Grade, Free, Reduced & Direct Certified Food Distribution Sign Up for Tuesday, May 19th

The Fair Grove R-X School District is offering an allotment of breakfast and lunch food for our PK-12th grade students and/or currently on Free, Reduced or Direct Certified Meals.  

Parents: You must sign up for the meals below so we know how much to prepare. The food will be sack lunch and simple breakfast items in an allotment for your student(s) for 5 days.  

We are currently accepting responses for the Tuesday, MAY 19th distribution. The deadline to sign up for this week's food distribution is Saturday, MAY 16th at noon.

Please complete the information below so we know to expect you. And if you sign up for food please mark on your calendar to be there to pick it up (we have had several people signing up and then not picking up their food).

When you arrive to pick up food your name will be checked from our list and we will bring the food to your car, you will not enter the building.

Thank you for cooperation and please stay safe, healthy and follow the advice of the CDC during this situation..
