Graduation Ceremony Information Request

Now that the initial numbers are in and we have the final approved plan, there are more seats available than have been requested. Therefore, please complete this form. It is similar to the last form, but there are some changes, so PLEASE READ EACH QUESTION CAREFULLY and send me any questions you have.

Priority for seats will be given to immediate family, then extended family. Thank you for your patience. I am trying to get all of your family seats.

If you are not participating in the ceremony, you do not need to respond to this survey.
