填表申請前，請注意下列細則:-

Please note the following before application

1. 避靜者需於營期生效前三星期作出申請。Application need to be submitted in three weeks ago .

2. 若申請被接納，本院將以電郵通知繳費，申請人須於本院電郵發出之日期後一星期內，繳交費用。Payment advice will be sent via email once application is accepted. Payment should be settled no later than 7 days after said email has been dispatched.

3. 營期生效少於三星期之申請者，申請一經接納，須立即繳費，不設退款。缺席未繳費者，也須承擔費用。Application who submit application within 3 weeks shall make immediate payment upon receiving payment advice, and such payments are non-refundable.
