The Texas Acacia Man of Faith Scholarship is designed to identify and reward outstanding high school seniors and undergraduate students who have demonstrated their ability to excel in the fields of academics, campus involvement/extra-curricular school activities, and community involvement.
Eligibility Requirements:
-Active in their respective religious communities
-A full-time male student at the University of Texas for the academic year beginning August 2024 and ending in May 2025
-Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (final high school GPA to be used for incoming freshmen)
The scholarship is awarded by the local Alumni of Acacia Fraternity. Demonstrated financial need is not a criterion. This scholarship is not transferable to another person or attendance at another university. Recipients of this award will be judged on their academic accomplishments, leadership involvements, service activities, and contribution to their religious community. Awards will be given out once annually to eligible candidates. Membership in Acacia Fraternity is not a precondition, and men of all faiths are eligible to receive this scholarship.
