HOLDING S.P.A.C.E. (Support for Participatory Activities and Collaborative Entrepreneurship)
Application form to the Erasmus+ for the 1st training course for youth workers in the frame of the project HOLDING S.P.A.C.E. (Support for Participatory Activities and Collaborative Entrepreneurship). The project combines 2 training courses and a period for practice with the support of a mentor. The participants need to commit to the whole process to be eligible. The 1st training course will take place in the ecovillage Torri Superiore between 2nd and 8th of May, 2023.

SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS

We are looking for actual and aspirant youth workers and young leaders from Italy, Slovenia, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Serbia and Ukraine. To be eligible as a participants, the participant's country of departure and arrival have to be included in this list and they have to be the same. Participants will be selected based upon the information you share with us here in the application form and consultation with the project's partner organisations.

It is important for receiving the full amount of the EU grant that covers your free participation that we have the full number of participants. You can only cancel due to force majeur, e.g. you get very ill. Otherwise, you might be able to find another person to substitute you, and the partner organisation in your country might be able to help you with this.

DATE AND VENUE

The event starts on Tuesday 2nd May after dinner (best time to arrive is 16.00-19.00), and ends on the evening of Sunday 7th May. Departures will be in the morning of Monday 8th May. There will be another training happening in October 10th-16th. You need to commit to participate in the full program to be eligible as a participant.

The venue is the ecovillage Torri Superiore, a medieval village located at the foothill of the Alps, a few kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea and the French border, perfect for people interested in getting to know ecovillage life and the surrounding environment.

TRAVEL AND REPORT DOCUMENTATION

To reduce the project’s environmental footprint, all participants will be asked to avoid flying to travel to and from the training. Please make sure that you can comply with this condition before applying.

Participants needs to fill in a participants report issued by the EU after returning home from the event.
The participant consents to sending us their travel documentation that we need for the final project report. Trevelling by car may be accepted only if in groups and after explicit approval by the Italian National Agency.
