Burning Ma'aM 2024 Food & Beverage Vendor Application
Howdy and thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Burning Ma'aM 2024! Please fill out the following information as complete as you are able to. 

The vendor fee for food & beverage vendors in 2024 will be $150 for one day or $200 for both days. At Burning Ma'aM we aim to support small local businesses; If this cost is prohibitive, please reach out to us for assistance.

Burning Ma'aM also offers a steep discount to any food & beverage vendor that agrees to participate in our meal ticket system. Band members receive 1 complimentary meal ticket each and volunteers receive 4 complimentary meal tickets each. These tickets can be used at any of our many participating food & beverage vendors for 1 free meal, as defined by the vendor. For vendors participating in this program, vendor fees are discounted to $90 for 1 day or $100 for both days.

All vendors will receive a 10x10 space in the designated vending area OR space to accommodate their vehicle/food truck setup. Burning Ma'aM is a BYO-everything outdoor event. We recommend bringing a tent, table, chair, and whatever else you need to sell your goods!

The official main stage music hours are as follows:
Friday, May 24th: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM 
Saturday, May 25th: 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM. 

But Burning Ma'aM is a camping event which creates ample opportunity for sales beyond these hours like early morning (Saturday and Sunday) and late at night during our after party hours. (Friday and Saturday: 12am - 2am)

REMINDER THAT WE ARE AN OUTDOOR EVENT IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIELD WITH NO RUNNING WATER OR EASILY ACCESSIBLE ELECTRICITY
