Welcome to the Hair + Biz Pop Up. My name is Lindsey Means, I'm a Balayage Specialist and Business Coach. I had the opportunity to do this pop up between July 7th - 23rd and wanted to do more than just your hair.

I am really good at seeing businesses from a different perspective and finding faster, easier and more efficient ways to do things (I'm a 6/2 Manifesting Generator in Human Design). During your hair session, you'll also receive business insight and advice based on your Human Design.

Human Design helps me understand you on an energetic level and be able to give you insight that's based on your energy and completely customized to you.

Before you book your appointment, I want to make sure we are a great match for each other. Please take a moment to answer the questions below as completely and as accurately as possible.

Cancellation Policy
I require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit your session. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours before your appointment, or being over 10 minutes late, will result in your card being charged 50% of the services that were booked. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in your card being charged 100% of the services booked.

If I do not cancel or reschedule my appointment 48 hours prior, or if I am over 10 minutes late, the card on file will be charged 50% of the services booked. DISCLAIMER FOR COLOR SERVICES

I cannot guarantee that your hair will look exactly like your inspiration photos. I will do my very best to customize your Hair Plan to you, going in the direction of your inspo pics. Most inspo photos are edited (I edit mine a bit, but I don't alter the hair much), light is a HUGE factor, skin tones are different, natural hair and texture is different.

I will do everything possible to get you to the inspo pics and either way, you will leave with gorgeous color!!!


SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY


I like to be as transparent as possible with all my clients and I under promise and over deliver. If I have not met your expectations with your hair, please contact me within 48 hours. I am happy to make reasonable adjustments as needed.
