AC is in need of general staff members to assist in the moderation and oversight of the community. We are looking for active and mature members with good person skills to help assist members in needs, implement community changes, and help keep the community a safe and welcoming space. If you are interested in gaining experience moderating or have experience in customer service/retail, this will be the perfect opportunity for you to strengthen your skills!

Position Description

Before considering a position on the team you must be an active member within the Art Club community. To be a server staff you must have basic knowledge of server functionality. Upon submitting your application you will be watched for activity, helpfulness and engagement with community members. You must meet the requirements below before being considered.

Responsibilities
- Be active on the server at least 5 days of the week.
- Assist in answering support tickets.
- Assist in managing the suggestions channel.
- Assist in managing the appeal channel.
- Be comfortable jailing/banning harmful members if necessary.
- Assist in implementing server design and layout changes.
- Help write new community language.
- Help out in large AC events such as AC Underground.

Requirements
- Be 18 or older.
- Have a level-headed and mature temperament.
- Be capable of making difficult decisions after considering all the facts.
- Be a diligent and self-motivated worker.
- Have good people skills.
- Embody AC values.
