This 4-7 minute survey will collect data on the frequency of mental health problems before and after long haul.  It will help us better understand which drugs, treatments, and social supports affect the mental health of those suffering (both good and bad).  This will help both patients and clinicians find their way towards effective treatment for often-debilitating mental health afflictions.
