Application to become a Carpentries Maintainer 2024
Carpentries Maintainers work with the community to make sure that lessons stay up-to-date, accurate, functional and cohesive. Maintainers monitor their lesson repository, make sure that PRs and Issues are addressed in a timely manner. They endeavor to be welcoming and supportive of contributions from all members of the community. Please review this document, paying attention to the time commitment involved, before submitting your application.

This round of Maintainer Onboarding will be held in April/May, on dates and times to be determined by responses to the scheduling poll linked at the end of this survey. Synchronous and asynchronous options will be provided. The onboarding process is a 3 hour time commitment.
