1. Great Mates is a social and educational program for children. It is not a mental health program. Well Education and its employees or affiliates (The Place: Charlestown Community Centre) will not be held liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection to the services provided or these terms.  

2. Cost  

This Program is entirely free thanks to the funding from the NSW Government. *The program is valued at $380 per participant*

3. General Disclaimer  

Use of the content delivered throughout the program, including but not limited to online support, home activities, recipes, and exercise programs, is at your own risk. Everything available to you is “as is” and “as available” without warranty or condition of any kind.   

Well Education and The Place: Charlestown Community Centre will not be held responsible for any personal injury or loss of property that may be incurred.  

4. Intellectual property  

All content that is created by Well Education employees and Laura Collison, the founder and director, belongs to Well Education and Laura Collison. It may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or otherwise used in any matter other than as personal use as intended from participation in the program.  

5. Indemnity  

You agree to indemnify Well Education, its employees and affiliates (The Place: Charlestown Community Centre) from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis), incurred, suffered or arising out of you and your child’s use of the program.
