Join the 2023 Youth Summit Facilitator Team!

APPLICATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED

Facilitator applications will be accepted until positions are filled.

The 2023 California 4-H Youth Summit is nearly here! Youth Summit programs are designed to grow the leadership abilities of intermediate 4-H'ers (ages 11-13) and give hands-on leadership opportunities to senior 4-H'ers (ages 14+).

Youth Summit attendees practice leadership skills, learn about career pathways and college, and build connections with 4-H members, volunteers, and teen facilitators- that's you!

Facilitators are responsible for making the Youth Summit a success. Facilitators are required to be 4-H members aged 14+ and lead groups of Youth Summit attendees with a partner in small meeting discussions about conference activities, goals, and personal development. Facilitators will work as a team and assist with conference activities and educational sessions. But most importantly, Youth Summit facilitators will develop skills in leadership, group facilitation, and more!
