This is the application for NH PQI's Cohort 6 level 3 Quality Improvement training series.
The series runs from January 2024 to June 2024
Applications are due by January 18, 2024
You will receive a confirmation email that your package has been received within one business day and be scheduled for a 30 minute interview within your local PQI coach and physician champion within 2 weeks.
