On Saturdays, volunteers at the Urban Partners Los Angeles food bank distribute free groceries to hundreds of vulnerable community members struggling with lack of access to food and adequate nutrition. As a volunteer-powered food bank, our relief efforts depend on the dedication and commitment of amazing people just like you.
Our volunteer hours begin at 6:30am and typically end around 9:30am, depending on the length of our line.
If you would like to join us for a Saturday food distribution, please fill out your name below and our volunteer coordinator will reach out to confirm availability.
The health and safety of our volunteers and food recipients are always our first priority. If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive or you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, please get tested before returning to public spaces. If you have any concerns that you are at higher risk or feel like a situation is unsafe, we ask that you please remain at home. Senior citizens and those with immunocompromised conditions are encouraged to contribute in other ways.
