I will personally check each and every answer so if your response is suspicious I will just delete it from my database. I would just do a poll on LinkedIn but you know the drill, people who are not hiring managers and who are full of themselves are just going to dilute the data quality. So though its cumbersome, I rather do the poll where I have control over vetting the data I receive.

Everything is anonymous. I'm not going to share your answers individually and let anyone on LinkedIn lynch you. What I would like is just some data so I can check my own biases, or justify them, if it goes that way.
