預約相關規範和注意事項
  1. 每週開放2至4個免費諮詢時段
  2. 表單開放時間為每週三中午12點至每週五晚上12點截止
  3. 本月份可諮詢的時間及登記狀況請參考excel表單：https://reurl.cc/QWenb5
  4. 若預約成功，將會收到通知信件，請登入excel表單查看是否顯示登記您的學生證號碼或員工證號後四碼：https://reurl.cc/QWenb5
  5. 若當週諮詢名額尚未滿額，您可在諮詢日前三天來信預約  ：selinaliu731@nycu.edu.tw 
  6. 若預約成功後無故遲到超過15分鐘以上或未能出席，將禁止使用此服務一年
  7. 實體諮詢地點：工程三館研討室/ 線上：Google Meet
Regulation
  1. 2 to 4 free consultation slots are available each week.
  2. The form is open from Wednesday at 12:00 PM to Friday at 12:00 AM each week.
  3. Please refer to the Excel form for the available consultation times/dates and registration status for this month: https://reurl.cc/QWenb5
  4. If the reservation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. Please log in the Excel form to check whether the last four digits of  your student ID or your employee ID are registered: https://reurl.cc/QWenb5
  5. If the consultation slots for the week are not fully booked, you can email Ms. Selina Liu (selinaliu731@nycu.edu.tw) to make a reservation three days before the consultation day.
  6. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late or fail to attend the consultation will have their eligibility to use this service prohibited for one year.
  7. Consultation location: Seminar Room in Engineering Building 3 / Online: via Google Meet
