In order to better handle nikah/Islamic marriage requests we have developed the following intake form. The goal of the form is to establish a base set of expectations so that if things work out we can have a marriage ceremony experience that is pleasing to all.

For the boxes immediately below if they do not ALL apply to you then it is unlikely that we will be able to provide the requested marriage services.

Concluding Notes

We are grateful that you have entrusted Sh. Jamaal with the performance of your marriage services. Upon receiving your request we will do our best to review and provide an initial response within 72 hours. We recommend that the families provide a gift to Shaykh Jamaal as a "Thank You" for his involvement in the process. For marriage services at a home or masjid in Orange County we suggest $200, for a rented venue such as a hotel or country club we suggest $500, and for anything in the LA or SD area we suggest $750. If the request is coming from outside of Southern California details will have to be discussed.
