Please complete this form to register for the LVAIC Crucial Conversations course in June 2022.

Dates & Times:
Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 12 noon
- June 8, 15, 22 & 29
Participants are expected to attend all 4 sessions.

Registration Deadline Extended to Monday, May 9, 2022

Crucial Conversations Materials:
- Participants have a choice of either a digital copy or hard copy of the book and workbook.
- Participants will be working in the workbook during the sessions.
- Lehigh University has already purchased digital copies for its participants.
- Due to how LVAIC is charged for the materials, each participant may have one or the other, unfortunately not both.
- Your campus has already agree to pay the $200 for your participation.
