- resident in the Republic of Ireland
- an asylum seeker or refugee, with regard to legal status, who has been living in Ireland since 2016.
- an adult learner, born before 1998

Personal data that you submit via this application form to the National Institute for Digital Learning (a unit within Dublin City University <the Data Controller>) in connection with the DCU FutureLearn Scholarships will be used to process your application for the Scholarship and will be treated in accordance with the DCU Data Protection Policy which can be accessed at the link below:

The National Institute for Digital Learning may be contacted at <DCUConnected@dcu.ie>.
