Please come prepared with a yoga mat, 2 pillows, and water (Water bottles and light snacks will be provided, but it's good practice to bring your water with you 😉)

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the class. This email will include PayPal and Venmo links for your advance payment. Please note that a payment of $300 is required one week before the first class.

Class size is limited to 6 couples, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive payment from all 6 couples, you will be notified. If the class reaches capacity, a waiting list will be created for additional interested couples.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with an invitation to our Google Classroom, where you can access weekly assignments and additional resources.
