Sisters Outdoor Show Volunteer Registration
We will need volunteers to help us with the following:
Providing our own ladders and hanging team to both put up and take down quilts in our usual exhibit area
A minimum of 4-8 volunteers to host our “Quilt Zone” on Quilt Show Day. Spending the day at our exhibit, greeting visitors and answering questions about our quilts (must provide own chairs)
Setup is at 7:00 am, take down is at 4:00 pm

What time can you volunteer?
7 am to put up quilts (bring step ladders if you have them)
Morning shift of hosting the Quilt Zone (8 to 11) *one hour shifts minimum
Afternoon shift of hosting the Quilt Zone (11 to 4) *one hour shifts minimum
Taking down the quilt display at 4 pm
