This is a safe and confidential space for girls and young women to gain support on their healing journey. Licensed clinicians will allow you to share your experiences, struggles, and triumphs while receiving empathy, understanding, and guidance. You will be assigned your own private therapist who practices discretion and offers a variety of therapeutic activities to help you explore your emotions and gain insight: These may include guided meditations, journaling exercises, art therapy, and conversation.
The focus is on providing a space where girls and young women feel seen, heard, and supported to develop coping strategies and tools to understand, regulate and manage emotions.
