FFA show takes place inside historic Stangl Factory and features close to 35 artists with diverse categories of craft, including mixed media, fiber art, one-of-a-kind clothing, jewelry, ceramics, glass, artisan woodwork, fine photography and paintings.

Whether one-of-a-kind or limited editions, all work should be expertly executed without technical flaws. Work should demonstrate imagination and the mark of the artist’s individual vision. Work will be evaluated on the basis of design, craftsmanship and originality. Artisans are accepted based on the information provided in their applications and will only display and sell items which were listed in the applications. Exhibitors will be required to remove items that were not listed properly. For example: if the artist was accepted to sell Ceramics, then Jewelry can’t be sold.Work by artists that were not explicitly accepted, cannot be offered for sale.
Reproductions (open editions) of 2D artwork may not exceed 25% of the work in your booth and must be clearly labeled as reproductions. APPLICATION: The completed Exhibitor Application must be submitted with a check payable to Flemington Fine Artisans Show before the deadline. All accepted exhibitor booth fee checks will be deposited on acceptance. All other checks will be voided and destroyed. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned checks. JURY PROCESS: A jury of arts and crafts professionals will determine the exhibitors at the show. Acceptance to one show doesn’t guarantee acceptance to the other. Email 4 jpg work images, and 1 jpg booth image of to inna@smalljoysstudio.com. Images should be clearly labeled as follows: YourName1; YourName2; YourName3; YourName4; YourNameBooth. Images should be formatted as described here: 1920 pixels on the longest side; JPEG; 1-2MB in size; between 72 and 300 ppi.CANCELLATIONS: Notice of your intent to withdraw from an event must be given before the acceptance letter goes out. We also ask to be notified about cancellations that occur due to last minute emergencies. In case of cancellation after acceptance letter, the booth fee will not be refunded. SALES TAX: Exhibitors must have a valid NJ sales tax. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax of 6.625%. Certain wearable items are exempt from some tax collection in New Jersey. It is your responsibility to find out if your work qualifies for exemption. DISPLAY: You can set up a table, or bring a booth if your work requires it. Keep it neat, all stored inventory and crates must be out of public view. Your entire setup must be within the marked parameters of your booth space assignment. The large space sizes are limited and not guaranteed. We may need to work on individual cases to find a perfect spot for each exhibitor. The spaces will be distributed on the first-to-apply basis. Electricity is available in all locations. There is no additional charge for electricity. TAKE-DOWN: At 4pm when the show ends. Please clean up tape, trash, etc. in your area. If you borrowed tables and chairs from the venue, take them back to storage. RELEASE: Show committee, management, property owners, their agents, and employees shall not be liable for injury to persons or property during arrival or departure. It is hereby understood and agreed by Exhibitor that the Flemington Fine Artisan Show will have absolutely no liability for any loss or injury of any nature sustained by the Exhibitor. Exhibitor hereby releases the above mentioned from any and all liability of any nature for any cause. Exhibitors are solely responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, permits, etc. This agreement is final between the management and exhibitor upon signing the application.
