Competition Teams  2024-2025 Season 
This form is to be completed prior to auditions for our 2024-2025  Comp Season.  We offer Competitive Acro, Competitive Dance and Competitive Hip Hop.  We will be holding auditions to place new teammates or to place onto differ genres than did previously.  For instance....want to be considered for Comp Hip Hop, but was on a comp dance only....so you would audition for hip hop also then.  .

Costs of Solos/Duo/Trio.   Cost is:  Solos $35 for 30 min practice sessions. Duo/Trio is $25 a performer for 30 min practice sessions.  We typically do weekly practices.   Anticipated entry fees are around:  Solos- $160 a comp.  Duos/Trios- around $85 a performer a comp.    Lisa will be involved in the Choreo stages of these and her teacher assistants will be involved with cleaning the routines.  Please know, it is up to you to KNOW your routines.  If you do not, you may be asked to wait a year to continue with it.  These are high commitment on your independent practice.    If wanting a duo/trio- comment below the partners.  Must compete in at least 2 competition group routines and take Technique/Stretch and Strength to do Solo/Duo/Trio.   Lisa will get with those all interested later in May. There will be a $350 Choreo Fee for solos and individuals in Duo/Trios.   This covers choreography, Music edits and 3 hours of Choreo lessons to learn the routine.  After the 3 hours are used up, then it will go to the monthly charge from above.


If choosing a Duo/Trio...please list partners if selected below and list choreographer choice if preference.

We will be doing Solo/Duo/Trio Choreo in June.  We will choreograph these with our own staff, unless Lisa requests differently. Students can ask to only be considered for one, either a solo or a duo/trio, unless done before the rule was established.

Required
Comp Fee Deposit- In June, there will be a required, non-refundable comp fee deposit.  $160 per performer will required to compete this season.  This $160 will be deducted from your Competition Fees when they are due in the fall.

Another suggestion, in summer,  please feel free to make payments towards the comp fees that are due for the season.  Especially for those with multiple routines, it can add up.  We will accept payments towards those fees as well.

Competition Fees will be due Sept 15, Oct 15, Nov 15 (Broke into 3 monthly payments).  If not paid in full by November 15th, the performer will be removed from the routines.  
If a Comp Dancer does Comp Acro and vice versa via audition- there will be a discounted rate for the multiple classes taken at DET.  These can be Comp or Recreational.   Once completing this form, you will receive clinic and audition times.  Competition Auditions are $20 each.  Dance- $20.  Acro- $20.  Hip Hop $20.
Nationals....This is a year we are doing  Nationals.  We are considering a Beach Nationals or Branson Nationals.  These dates don't come out til end of Summer/early fall.  If we do Nationals, we will do 3 regionals and one nationals.  If we don't do nationals, we do 4 regionals (one is out of town).  Please check below which options you would be comfortable committing too.  Nationals are in June.  We only do Nationals every 3 years.
Audition and Clinic info- Clinic/Audition fee is due before clinic.  Our decisions are final.
