Seattle Carolina Club: Final Four Game Watch
Thank you for completing the event registration form for the Saturday, 4/2 men's basketball game watch at Rhein Haus. This pre-registration form is for club coordinators to communicate attendance size to the venue managers in order to properly staff. The form will not be shared outside of club leadership, and email will only be used in case a need for contact tracing arises.

Your health and safety is of paramount importance, therefore we are asking for attendees to be fully vaccinated. If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, we respectfully ask you to please stay at home.
