Saturday Success School Student Application 2020 – 2021
Program Description: Saturday Success School offers help and enrichment to students in classes VI, V and IV from 9 A.M. to noon on Saturday mornings from October through May.Teachers, alumni volunteers and upper level students provide individual instruction to students who thrive under this personal attention.

20 Saturdays throughout the academic year
Three 45 minute sessions

Program Times: 9:00 am – 11:30am

Saturday Success School will begin on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24.  Students are asked to report to their Zoom session at the correct time slot.

Parent – Student Contract & Information Sheet:Parents & Students must sign below indicating that they have read, understand and agree to adhere to the following rules and expectations.  Failure to do so will delay the student’s start date.Saturday Success School begins promptly at 9:00 am and ends at 11:30 am.  Students who have extracurricular activities to attend on Saturday mornings which conflict with the program times, should speak with Mrs.Delorme-Metayer regarding whether or not they should register for SSS.*** Students will be held responsible for obeying the same virtual school rules as during the week. Students are expected to come prepared to all tutoring sessions with books, notebooks, agendas, homework and pencils.  I understand the importance of information about grades to aid tutors in working with my child.  By signing below, I give permission for such information to be shared with my child’s tutors.Excessive absences may put a student in danger of being dropped from the program. *
