This workshop of 4 sessions is for self-identified women of AAPI heritage. The sessions will focus on emotional intelligence, values, communication, and relationships. The goal for the workshop is to increase emotional resources so you can have meaningful interactions with friends, family and at work in effort to reduce stress and get your needs met. Perfection and confidence is not needed to join.
