PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION
Here is what you need to know before applying: Your acceptance is based on a variety of
criteria including but not limited to: the quality and uniqueness of your work, whether we have
something similar already in-store and the appeal of your branding, marketing, and display.
Registered Business & Business Insurance is required. Please have pictures of your products, branding, and display ideas prepared.  

**Please note This Is Made will not review or accept any business who sell illegal products ('dupes' of any kind, drugs, drug related paraphernalia, or any products not approved for sale in Canada), vinyl products, MLM's and food related businesses who do not cook in a registered kitchen/do not have a certification to operate and sell food products from Public Health.

We do not accept similar products to what we already have in store. This is done to avoid oversaturation of one type of product and continue to keep our unique market atmosphere. Please be sure to include a complete list of all products you wish to stock – any items not listed will not be allowed.

Please note: This Is Made is open a minimum of five days a week unless it is a statutory holiday, and has extended hours for weeks leading up to holidays.

This application is not a confirmation of your spot as a merchant, but an application to express interest in becoming a merchant. You will be asked to sign a merchant contract upon acceptance.

What if a merchant is not approved?

Unfortunately, only successful applicants will be given notice by email. We receive many applications a day, so we will reach out to those that fit our store and the community of shoppers. Those who are not successful will be put on a waiting list and will be reached out to if a space becomes available.

Business insurance (min. $1,000,000) is required for any business in the children or baby industry or food only. *
The merchant must add 13% processing fee to the cost of each item sold. This Is Made will deduct it from your monthly payout. *
