If you desire to volunteer and flow well with next year's theme, please fill out the form below so we can begin a dialogue with you. Expect joy and a lot of learning experiences from Mama Bear (Karrian, the Chef), a lot of admiration and gratitude from every participant and an overall feeling of grace from being of service to others. We love you already.
EXPECTATIONS: Each volunteer will be required to pay a nominal fee, $75, to cover our direct expenses plus work (4) 4 hour shifts.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES - please indicate which function you would like to volunteer for:
1. Marketing - promote the Feast through your social channels and other marketing functions prior to the Feast and during
2. Volunteer at the Feast The Following Dates are Available:
Wednesday, July 15 - 2 shifts available
Thursday, July 16 - 2 shifts available
Friday, July 17 - 4 shifts available
Saturday, July 18 - 4 shifts available
Sunday, July 19 - 3 shifts available
We will do our best to assign your shifts around your schedule, wants and needs and you will always have the ability to trade with other volunteers if you can arrange it.
Primary Responsibilities:
Food Prep
Dishwashing and general clean up
Maintain water stations
Ambassador to participants
Marketing
NOTE: Please know that while it's a wonderful event, being a volunteer at the Feast requires you to work. If you do the math you are receiving close to $20/hr + lots of yoga + entertainment + an abundance of food, so PLEASE make sure you are up to the task prior to signing up as space is limited.
