COST FOR 10-foot space: $100
Each additional 10-foot space: $50
Add 2 tables, 2 chairs: $25

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: Exhibitors/vendors can complete an online application to be reviewed by the festival committee. Those exhibitors approved for festival participation will be contacted via email and sent an invoice for their exhibition fee. Invoices can be paid online via credit card or by check or money order. Vendor Guidelines
Please READ and AGREE to the vendor guidelines below.

​The event is intended to be held OUTDOORS. Exhibitors are expected to provide their own tents/shelter. Michiana Wine Festival will be held rain or shine. A rain plan will only be implemented if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.

Festival set-up begins at 6 am and no vehicles will be allowed to enter after 9:30 am.

Vendors expected to be ready to sell by 11 am (VIP hour).

All vehicles must be off the festival grounds no later than 10 am.

Festival information packet will be sent to all exhibitors in early April. Staff passes can be picked up upon arrival.

No electricity is available to vendors unless they supply their own.

Festival will make every attempt to keep similar exhibitors apart.
