About Rising Sun Programs:
- Opportunity Build - This program prepares low-income adults experiencing barriers to employment for high-road careers in the building and construction trades, providing individuals with a pathway out of poverty and with a focus on women and people in re-entry.

- Climate Careers - This program gives local low-income youth their first green job, employment them to address climate change by providing valuable no-cost energy efficiency services to thousands of local residents each year.
