PLEASE NOTE:  Although we have A LOT of fun at Cartoon Camp it is important to note that it is not a daycare.  It is an art & animation school led by an animation industry professional who's dedicated to and passionate about teaching & inspiring others.  

If your child is not interested in drawing and learning while expressing their creativity, having fun, exploring & growing, they will likely not enjoy their time at Cartoon Camp.

CARTOON CAMP PRICING:

$14.17 an hour X 6 hours =   $85+HST

Optional extended before & after hours are also available (for additional fees).  All details are included in the next section below. 

The Cartoon Camp registration fee includes all art materials and a PIZZA PARTY (which also includes a drink and chips) to celebrate our time together!  We also give each of our students a surprise gift!  (Shhh!) ;)
  • This session of Cartoon Camp is 6 hours (Friday, June.7th from 10am-4pm).
  • Although we provide lunch we strongly recommend students bring water bottles, snacks etc. to help them through the day.  We do not have backup food or drinks.
  • All drawing materials are provided.  (Although students are always welcome to bring their own as well!)
  • Additional fees for late student pickup will be applied as outlined in the CARTOON CAMP-TERMS, POLICIES, WAIVERS & AGREEMENTS document which is linked to at the bottom of this form.
  • Registration will not be complete and a seat will only be held for a student once 100% of the payment is received.
Shortly after this form has been submitted (during business hours), you will be contacted by our Billing Department to setup your payment via e-transfer.

Once payment is received you will be sent proof of payment, followed by all relevant information and schedules related to Cartoon Camp.
OPTIONAL EXTENDED HOURS PROGRAM
For your child’s enjoyment and your convenience we are offering an optional Extended Hours Program.

You can select half-hour increments as early as 7:30-9:30am and as late as 4:30pm-5:30pm (the fee of $12 per 30 minutes will be adjusted accordingly).

If you don’t know yet:  No problem!  Just be sure to let us know and pay the additional fee prior to our registration cutoff (9am on Tuesday, June.4th).

It is important to note that an equal amount of time and focus must be spent with all students at Cartoon Camp.  Negative, aggressive* or distracting behaviour is not fair to our other students who wish to get the most out of Cartoon Camp.  

If individually focused learning would be more beneficial for your child, we are very happy to help and strongly recommend you look into our individual 1-on-1 lessons and support as an alternative to Cartoon Camp.

*Be sure to carefully review our strict anti-bullying and hands-off policy included in the CARTOON CAMP-TERMS, POLICIES, WAIVERS & AGREEMENTS document linked to at the bottom of this form.  Ensure your child knows it, understands it and will follow it.  It is essential that all campers enjoy their time at Cartoon Camp and our stance on this policy is strict.
While the student is attending Cartoon Camp, please add at least one emergency contact phone #(s).

For the Pizza Party lunch, does the student you're registering have any dietary needs or restrictions?

We generally keep it simple with cheese pizza & pepperoni pizza options.
For the Pizza Party, please tell us the type of drink your child would like so we can prepare in advance (the type of pop or juice).  Please give us a couple of options in order of their preference.   (Energy drinks are not an option) *
During breaks and lunch times, do you wish for your child to remain in the classroom or are they free to leave and wander as they please?  (They would be given a set time to return by.  We strongly recommend they remain in the classroom). *
STUDENT PICKUP (VERY IMPORTANT--PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Please list the full name of any and all people who are permitted to pick up your child from Cartoon Camp.

If the student is to depart on their own (IE:  walk home) please make note of that here.  Doing so indicates you acknowledge and accept all responsibility for the associated related risks involved.

If the child indicates they don't know the person picking them up, ID must be shown.  If that person isn't on the list you've provided here or refuses to show ID, the child will not be permitted to leave with them and the emergency contact(s) you've provided will be notified.

To avoid additional fees, ensure each of the people listed are very well aware of the Late Pickup Policy as outlined in our CARTOON CAMP-TERMS, POLICIES, WAIVERS & AGREEMENTS document linked to at the bottom of this form.

If there's someone you'd like to add to this list after registration, you must notify us prior to 4pm on the day of pickup.
