Absence Approval Form
This form must be filled out prior to the student being absent.  Please remember that being absent from a Thursday rehearsal, excused or unexcused (unless a school sponsored event), will result in you not performing on Friday night.  All doctors, dentist appointments etc., will require an excuse to be turned into Mr. Bowman.
