Thank you for interest in the Solidarity and Social Justice Retreats. Please complete the following application in its entirety.

Acceptance to a retreat requires completion of the following application as well as an in-person interview with staff and student leaders. Some retreats may require written recommendations.

Upon your acceptance a deposit will be due and you will agree to participation in all pre and post-trip meetings, payment in full by designated due date, and all portions of the retreat itself.

Please provide contact information (name, phone, email) for TWO references. One academic reference ( should be a Nazareth faculty member) and a second character reference (can be a coach, work supervisor, etc. - these do not need to be from Nazareth).
If selected to participate, do you agree and understand that you are committing yourself not only to the trip, but also pre-trip preparation and  post trip work during the 2019-2020 academic year? This includes, pre-trip meetings, fundraising and community presentations. *
