I understand that I must be in compliance with the regulations set out by VIHA if selling High-Risk Foods. I will complete an application for "Sale of Higher Risk Food at Temporary Food Markets" and submit it to the local Health Protection and Environmental Services office and provide copies of permits to Vanier Market a minimum of 14 days in advance of the Market.  https://www.islandhealth.ca/learn-about-health/food-safety/food-safety
