Hello Secretaries!

In this form, you will be submitting the Monthly Report Form (MRF) for your club to me, LTG Christian. As the secretary of your club, you play an essential and pivotal role, since what you report will determine the clubs'/members' recognition. With that being said, please make sure to recheck all the information you are inputting one, two, three, or even four times before submitting.

Remember, the MRF is due at the 3rd of every month by 6 PM. For example, if you are submitting the November MRF, then it will be due on December 3rd by 6 PM. Let's all aim for 100% on-time submissions, so that we will all be able to earn a special patch called "District Tree," which you can sew on your Key Club banner!
