Working At Height
Falls from height, even relatively low elevations can result in serious injury. The proper use of fall protection, in addition to planning supervision and training can reduce or eliminate serious injury in the workplace. Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requires that workers must have valid fall protection certification, and must use fall protection systems when completing tasks at heights greater then 10ft or 6ft in areas where a hazardous fall condition is present.
Violations in fall protection requirements can result in suspension or termination from site.
