Summer Showcase  2022
Hello, and thank-you for submitting to our Summer Showcase. This year we are building on the formula and are introducing two categories and setting a theme for the work.

This summer we're looking at the climate crisis, and what you think the future has in store for the Earth, and humanity.

Will we pull together, learn how to decarbonise the atmosphere and clean the oceans, leading humankind to a new, clean utopia? Or will resource exploitation only increase, with those most responsible just hopping on a rocket to Mars, leaving behind a planet ravaged? We want your thoughts!

If you want to submit work that is new or experimental, we encourage you to submit to the 'experimental artwork' category.

If your submission is part of an established body of work, for example if you are already a practising artist in the field, then please submit to the 'established artwork' category.

We will be inviting a judging panel to comment on the artwork, and will be running a competition where the judges can select a winner and runner up from each category. The prizes will be a £20 voucher of your choice for the winner in each category, and £10 voucher of your choice for the runner-up. This competition is optional, and if you do not wish to take part you can opt-out on the submission form.

This year we will be creating a gallery of all selected entries, and publishing a Q&A with each participant alongside it.
