條款及細則

1. 申請機構或申請人必須於活動舉辦前30個工作天提交申請，若於提交後7個工作天仍未收到電郵通知，則視為不成功。
2. 所有贊助產品必須印上 e-print 及 e-banner logo。
3. 此優惠不可與其他優惠同時使用。
   
4. 所有贊助產品之稿件必須提交e-banner市場部核對，並由市場部安排下單。
5. 活動完結後，申請機構或申請人需將相片花絮電郵予本公司。
6. 贊助項目不包括配件、展覽租借用品、急件、裝工及送貨服務。
7. 如申請獲審批，申請機構或申請人須於活動舉辦的 14 個工作天前遞交稿件，逾期者將視為自動放棄申請。
8. 本公司贊助之產品只可應用於申請表上提及的活動場地，如用作其他商業用途，本公司將保留追究權利。
9. 申請機構或申請人如於批核程序後修改贊助產品的內容，本公司將以原批核金額作為該次贊助的最高贊助金額。
10. 本公司有權隨時更改或終止贊助申請而無須通知，亦恕不就任何更改或終止承擔任何責任。
11. 如中、英版本有任何抵觸或不相符，以中文版本為準。
12. 如有任何爭議，本公司將保留最終決定權。

Terms and Conditions 

1. The organization/applicant has to submit the application before 30 working days, if have not received email in 7 working days after application, the considered an unsuccessful.
   
2. e-banner and e-print logo will be displayed on all promotional materials and channels.
3. All sponsor artwork should approval by e-banner marketing inquiry, after that will process your order.
4. The organization/applicant has to share the event photo to e-banner for promotion or keep record.
5. Sponsorship does not include any accessories, exhibition equipment rental, urgent order, installation and delivery services.
6. Successful applicants have to submit the artworks before 14 working days of the event and late submission will not be accepted.
7. All sponsored products can be applied to the event venue as on this application form,e-banner Limited reserves the right to reclaim for other commercial purposes.
8. The approved sponsorship will be determined.
9. e-banner Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or terminate this sponsorship requested at any time without prior notice.
10. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
11. In the event of dispute, the decision of e-banner Limited should be final and conclusive.
