The retreat officially begins at 3:00 pm on Thursday December 19th and ends at 3pm on Sunday December 22nd.
Final payment is due on or before November 15th, 2024.
A travel booking/planning email, a daily schedule, a 'What to Bring' list, and more important information will be sent out to guests in November.

Because our retreat is limited to a small number of attendees, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together, sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

  • 50% refund (excl. deposit) up to 14 days before the retreat start date
  • No refunds 0-14 days before the retreat start date
