I hereby release and forever discharge Senior Coastsiders, their board of directors, employees and agents, from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims or demands or any other alleged breach of any statutory or other duty of care owed under applicable laws, that I may hereafter have for any injury to me or my property, resulting directly or indirectly from my voluntary participation in any class or activity at Senior Coastsiders.  
I hereby acknowledge that Senior Coastsiders have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.  I further acknowledge that Senior Coastsiders cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with Coronavirus/COVID-19 and I hereby release Senior Coastsiders, their board of directors, employees and agents from any and all liability relating to any actual or potential infection.  I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending classes and activities at Senior Coastsiders.
