Beta Theta Pi 2024 Summer Housing Application
Looking for a clean, affordable, and modern house to spend your summer in Boston? Check out 119 AND 120 Bay State Road. Easy access to Fenway Park, Kenmore Square, Cambridge, and the greater Boston area! Beta Theta Pi opens its house up for the summer for undergraduate students seeking a nice place to spend the summer while in Boston.

Our house recently underwent renovations to clean up and modernize the house. The brothers do a well job throughout the year to maintain the cleanliness of the house and it is expected that summer tenants engage in daily and/or weekly chores to maintain that same level of cleanliness.

MOVE IN DATE: Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 12 pm.
MOVE OUT DATE: Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 12 pm.
No early access or late extensions are allowed as brothers claim first priority to the bedrooms outside of these dates.

PRICING:

Parking may be available for an additional cost ($400 per spot for the summer) depending on space. If parking is available, tenants will go into bidding for the remaining spots.

The house is co-ed during the summer and tenants are encouraged to find roommates for the summer. Individual rooms will be single sex, with exception to special cases approved by the summer house manager.

A $650 security deposit must be paid by all tenants and will be returned to all tenants at the end of the summer. The deposit will be used to cover all damages and incidentals, should there be any assumed to the property. Failure to clean the room upon departure by Sunday, August 18 at noon will result in a $350 cleaning fee.
