- Confidentiality: Unless you give permission, your name will not be associated with any questions or comments. Also, do not share people’s experiences or screenshots of posts outside of this group including on social media unless given permission. Stories stay and lessons leave!
- “I” Statements: Speak from personal experience
- Questions Are Good: There are no bad or silly questions. We are all on a learning journey
- Respect Pronouns, Identities, and Boundaries: Be be mindful and intentional when addressing people or talking about people
- Intent versus Impact: Regardless of your intentions understand that your comments may impact someone differently
- Speak Up, Move Back: We value participation, and want to make sure everyone has a chance to respond.  If you’re already in a conversation, take care to invite others in
- No fundraising or solicitations: This is a community to support each other individually and as a group.  Requests for mentorship, dissemination of job postings or even RFPs for grantmaking or consulting are fine, but no direct requests for financial support or consulting work are allowed.
